Patrick, Mikey and Kyfer make for a fine team. Communications were fast, clear and responsive. They generally came when they said they would and worked hard and fast while here. The reflecting, roof cleaning and replacing a partly collapsed ceiling were done to a very high standard.
They replaced broken tiles and tried as hard as possible to fix the leak on the front roof. After eliminating everything else, the solar panels over the leak need to be removed, tile(s) underneath the panels replaced and panels replaced. I am sure that it will work out when the Solar engineers come later in January.
