Elite Roof Restorations – Terms & Conditions for Contract Roof Cleaning Services
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Elite Roof Restorations and the Client for the provision of roof cleaning and restoration services. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to the following terms:
Elite Roof Restorations agrees to provide professional roof cleaning and restoration services as detailed in the agreed quotation. All work will be completed in a professional and timely manner.
The Client is responsible for ensuring safe and unrestricted access to the property during the scheduled service date.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule work if access is obstructed, with any associated costs borne by the Client.
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms: Invoices are to be settled upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due on satisfaction of work
Late payments may incur an additional fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.
The Company adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations.
The Client must inform the Company of any hazards or risks at the property before work begins.
The Company is insured for public liability and damage to property caused during the provision of services. The Company shall not be liable for pre-existing damage to the roof or structure that becomes apparent during or after cleaning.
The Client must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the quoted price.
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including extreme weather, acts of God, or other unforeseen events.
Any disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of service completion. The Company will work to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
